We provide timely delivery and professional installation services to the entire middle Tennessee area.

Our History

In 1996, Satisfaction Windows founder Lee Gilliam set out on a mission to fulfill the Tullahoma area’s growing demand for windows and doors. His goal was to provide a quality product at a fair price, coupled with exemplary customer service. Over time, with a heart for his clients and a desire to serve the residents of the city hie loves, he was able to build a robust company with an impeccable reputation.

In 2023, Lee sold the company to local entrepreneurs John Horst and Norman Eicher, and is excited to remain with the company in an outside sales role. As the next chapter unfolds, the new owners are committed to honoring Lee’s core values of honesty and integrity. Lee looks forward to continuing to serve you, but is now enjoying some extra time to create new memories with his beautiful wife, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren.
